Future of the Project

The project, for which we received building permission in Spring 2009, is focused on expanding the area to include the missing necessities for holding summer courses.

It is particularly focused on new showers, storage, and a workshop which we utilise to upkeep the area as well as facilities for the building of the stupa – the Buddhist symbol of Enlightenment and the first of its kind in the Czech Republic.  The project also includes lengthening the entrance road for the building of three separate cabins for those who will want to meditate in Těnovice in total seclusion, and partial afforesting of the land.
